

THE BTEC IN DRIVING SCIENCE QUALIFICATION
The A²OM BTEC in Driving Science is the world’s first academic qualification in novice driver training. Equivalent to a GCSE level, it is your chance to be a pioneer in revolutionising the way driving is taught and learnt. The A²OM BTEC in Driving Science is completed over a normal course of driving lessons. It will result in a more fully informed driver with a full appreciation of all the factors that influence safety. More than that, insurance companies think the BTEC is so good, they are willing to offer much reduced insurance once you enrol.
The BTEC in driving science is designed to run from day one on your driving education, through your practical driving test and beyond, when learning is most crucial. The excellent online e-learning software will aid study for your theory test through mind, boost driving knowledge with lesson support and train your driving perceptions with highway. (The online learning package can be purchased separately and be upgraded to the full BTEC if required). The course will make a more knowledgeable and confident driver, therefore much safer one, on the roads. Some insurance companies on this basis will give up to 50% off car insurance (from day of course start), a considerable saving for many young drivers. There is a signing up fee to the course, which in most cases would be offset by insurance savings. If not it is a small price to invest for a lifetime of security and safety on the road.

There are 23 assessment tasks, which have to be completed. They can be attempted as many times as required to pass them, so gaining the qualification comes after gaining a full licence and course completion, there is no fail.
